News: CHARLTON BROWN CARE: An industry focused care solution
Today marked the launch of CHARLTON BROWN CARE a personnel supply business in the Health and Ageing sector.
CHARLTON BROWN CARE is entering the market in a time where there is substantial demand expected in the supply of services for the health and aged care industry.
The company’s Directors, Kay Ganley, CEO of leading Registered Training Organisation, CHARLTON BROWN®; and Kim Wainwright, Director of Xplore Resources, a Labour Supply business in the resources sector are strongly emphasising their commitment to quality care.
“We have been working on the business model and strategy for over 12 months now and are so proud of what we have achieved to date” Wainwright said.
Both Ganley and Wainwright have a strong focus on skills and training and want to underpin this within CHARLTON BROWN CARE by linking the company with its partnering RTO.
“CHARLTON BROWN CARE will have the ability to source caring and trained personnel, and then place them in health and ageing facilities in Australia” advised Ganley, whose standing in the business community has seen RTO CHARLTON BROWN and Ganley personally take home business awards; including CHARLTON BROWN® winning International Training Provider of the Year at the 2015 National Training Awards.
The business will work with industry to address solutions relating to quality care as well as upskilling regional communities to assist in the shortage of workers in this field.
“We have a firm grasp on the where the market is headed in terms of the need for skilled labour, and CHARLTON BROWN CARE’s aim is to take an all-round approach to labour supply and be a part of the bigger picture solution” Says Wainwright who played a key role in the development and implementation of Queensland’s billion dollar Skills Plan policy in 2006 and 2008.
CHARLTON BROWN CARE will exhibit at the Global Welfare Summit on the Gold Coast in April, as well as conduct a marketing campaign and tour over the coming months.
